The earth that the roleplays(which can either be script or paragraph, preferrably paragraph) is no longer the earth that we live on. Humans, after a massive nuclear failure, were reduced to a small number. Due to the radiation, the humans began to experience illness during the second ice age(the Great Frost), an illness which ended with them possessing pointed ears, slender bodies, and longer lifespans. Their species was soon renamed to Cestalian.

Due to the radiation, the animals of the earth began to evolve. Their new features included human speech, opposable thumbs, and facultative bipedality(both on hind and on all fours, mostly in mammals and reptiles). Calling themselves Animalians, they began to rule alongside the Cestalians as friendly rivals, through war and economy.

POLITICAL STATUS OF EUROPE:
Europe has thus been divided into six empires: the Fourth Reich, Britannica, Nova Roma, Iberia, Scandinavia, and Balkan. There is only one independent nation, and that is Switzerland.

The Fourth Reich: The Fourth(later Fifth) Reich consists of Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, and Czechoslovakia. Of the five empires, the Fourth Reich has the most brutish people.
Capital: Berlin, Germany(later Warsaw, Poland)

Britannica: The Kingdom of Britannica consists of Great Britain, Ireland, the Isle of Man, New England, Australia, and British Columbia Of the five empires, Britannica is home to the most linguistic, intelligent, and innovative people.
Capital: London, England, Great Britain

Nova Roma: The Empire of Nova Roma consists of Italy, Liechtenstein, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Bosnia, Montenegro, and Albania. Not much is known about Nova Roman culture, but all that is known is that the ruler of the empire is just a puppet.
Capital: Rome, Italy

Iberia: The Kingdom of Iberia consists of Portugal, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Andorra. Iberia is famous for its soldiers, masters of the art of fencing; Iberia's people are peaceful and innovative.
Capital: Versailles, France

Scandinavia: The Empire of Scandinavia consists of Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland, Greenland, Faroe, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Svalbard. Scandinavia's soldiers are master axemen and halberdiers, and its people are introvert.
Capital: Reykjavik, Iceland

Balkan: The Empire of Balkan consists of Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, and Belarus. Balkan, after the fail of the US economy, became a world leader, with the most successful people and the most extrovert.
Capital: Skopje, Macedonia

Switzerland: Switzerland is home to many advanced technological gadgets, and its people are very mysterious. Though there are barely any weapons, people seem to be masters at fencing and stealth.

POLITICAL STATUS OF ASIA
Like Europe, Asia has been divided up into unions, but they only have three: Mongolia, Persia, and the Asian Union. The only independent nations are Iraq(which, in a way, is an empire on its own), Russia(which is definately large enough to be an empire on its own), and Israel.

Mongolian Empire: The Empire of Mongolia consists of Mongolia, South China(the largest portion of China, south of Mongolia), India, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikstan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Burma, Maldives, and Sri Lanka. Like the Fourth Reich, its people are harsh and brute.
Capital: Ulan Bataar, Mongolia.

Persia: The Holy Lands of Persia consist of Iran, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey, Syria, Lebannon, Cyprus, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Yemen, Oman, and Egypt. Its people, devout Muslims, run an economy dependent on gold, since the oil well dried up.

Asian Union: The Asian Union consists of Thailaos(the nations of Thailand and Laos combined in the year 022 AGE), Malaysia, Indonesia, North China, North and South Korea, Cambodia, Vietnam, Brunei, the Philippines, East Timor, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan. The culture of their people remains ambiguous.
Capital: Kyoto, Japan(later Seoul, South Korea)

POLITICAL STATUS OF AFRICA
Africa has been divided into two imperial areas: North Africa and South Africa. Everything north of the Congo became North Africa(with the exception of Egypt), and everything south of the Congo became South Africa.

POLITICAL STATUS OF ANTARCTICA
Antarctica became a continent of tribes, with few Cestalians in it(Cestalians that were born there were the children of Cestalians that had come to observe one of many tribes in the Antarctic climate).
There are three main tribes of Animalians in Antarctica: Erebus, Whitewater, and Blacksnow.

Erebus Tribe: Led by Proteus the Wise(half-cestalian) and his Cestalian wife, Luxi, the Erebus Tribe makes their home on Ross Island, living in igloos near hotsprings made by a still-active Mount Erebus. Out of the three main tribes, the Erebus Tribe is the most peaceful.

Whitewater Tribe: The Whitewater Tribe is a matriarchal tribe near the northern coast of Antarctica. They are led by a chieftaness, White Ocean, and everything involving the hunt is performed by women, leaving the men to tend to the young. Out of the three, the Whitewater Tribe is in a neutral position.

Blacksnow Tribe: The Blacksnow Tribe is a patriarchal tribe at the Eastern coast of Antarctica. Their chieftan is a sexist brute who believes that women are only good for procreation, making meals, and sewing clothes. The Blacksnow chief, Black Flurry, is easily swayed with items you could not find in the Antarctic, especially wood.

POLITICAL STATUS OF THE ARCTIC
The Arctic is much like the Antarctic in many ways, except it consists of three main cities instead of tribes. The three cities are called Reikana(in Northern Greenland), Fortuna(Absolute North), and Aribeth(Northern Central Russia).

Reikana: Reikana is more of a fortress than a city, and is home to the largest prison known to the post-human earth. It's leader, called the Warden, believes that criminals should be locked away, 24/7, because all they will do is be imprisoned once more.
Of the three cities, Reikana is easily swayed.

Fortuna: Fortuna is a walled city near the center of the North Pole, and is home to a rich culture of Animalians and Half-Cestalians. It is a theocratical government, led by the High Priestess Despina; their main religion is called "Aquanism," because they believe that the water is the source of all life in the world, though they believe the god of water manifests himself within the Northern Lights.
Of the three cities, Fortuna is most compelled for the greater good.

Aribeth: The people of Aribeth are mostly of Russian descent. It is the largest of the three Arctic cities, and is led by a high priest of unknown name. Its main religion is Wicca, because they believe nature is what determines man's destiny.
Of the three cities, Aribeth is at a neutral state.

POLITICAL STATUS OF SOUTH AMERICA
South America has not changed at all since Humans walked the earth, though the rain forest has regrown.

Inca Strip: The Inca Strip consists of everything from Tierra del Fuego to Northern Equador, keeping only to the West coast of South America. Its people, reverted to a semi-tribal state, are of Cestalian and Animalian descent, and are led by Half-Quetzal leader, Kukul(who is female). The people of the Inca Strip are Luddites, and do not believe in technology; they rely on agriculture, hunting, and build their houses from stone(some within the slopes of the Andes).

POLITICAL STATUS OF NORTH AND CENTRAL AMERICA
North America has undergone many changes, but Central America hasn't. One change in North America was that the Canadian provinces of Newfoundland, Labrodor, Nova Scotia, and Quebec became one, independent nation(governed in the city of Quebec).
The United States, once a wealthy nation of idiots, became a poor nation.
Of idiots.
In an attempt to stimulate the economy, the United States sold New England to Britannica, Florida and Hawaii to Iberia, and Alaska to Canada.
All those attempts failed, and America became a bastard nation.

RACES
Cestalian: Cestalians are men and women with pointed ears(females generally have longer ears, which are swept back), slender bodies, and long lifespans. Like humans, they can be found anywhere, any time, any place.

Animalian: Animalians are the human-like animals of the earth that evolved due to radiation. They can be of any species, and they can be of any nation.

Half-Cestalian: Half-Cestalians are the offspring of a Cestalian parent and an Animalian parent. Half-Cestalians can be identified by the tail and ears of the Animalian parent. Half-Cestalians are common, but are often misunderstood, mostly because of their bloodline.
A Half-Cestalian, if the Animalian parent has no visible ears, will possess the pointed ears of a Cestalian. A Half-Cestalian will always have the skin of a normal Cestalian.

MILITARY SECTIONS
Asian Union Naval Fleet Kyōdai-na: Kyōdai-na is a naval fleet consisting of JS Lucky Star(Fleet Admiral Triton Mariner, Philippines; dreadnought), KNS Pi(Admiral Hwang Sun, Korea; destroyer), T-LS Daha(Captain Iwasaki Megumi, Japan; aircraft carrier), JS Kurushii(Commodore Iwasaki Noboyuki, Japan; submarine), and NCNS Èmèng(Captain Jianchen Mai-Ta, North China; battlecruiser).
The fleet itself is headed by the Half-Cestalian Fleet Admiral Triton Mariner, assisted by his commodore, Nagisa Iwadare. It is a fleet employed by Empress Otohime of Japan.

Balkan Royal Knights: The Balkan Royal Knights are a battalion of men and women that are masters of dual-handed swords and swift movers in any type of armor. They are basically the guards and frontmen for the current Balkan emperor, Callisto Flametongue; the head of the Balkan Royal Knights is a Cestalian man by the name of Cobalt Kratapos.

Persian Guard: The Persian Guard is comparable to the Spanish Inquisition in many ways; however, the Persian Guard is a military sect that executes those that pose a threat to the Persian land. They are dressed as common men, but are distinguished by the scimitars they carry on their belts.

Nova Roman Guard: The Nova Roman Guard is comparable to the mafia in many ways; however, they are the ones that rule Nova Roma behind Empress Romana. They are distinguished by their pinstriped uniforms and often harsh demeanor.

ONGOING EVENTS
World War III is beginning. The people of the Fourth Reich have invaded Denmark, and have begun to bomb the city of Oslo, Norway. Scandinavia has retaliated, and Britannica has started to assist Scandinavia as the war continues.
